I love beautiful, golden sunset sessions as much as the next family photographer, but when I see a gloomy, cloudy day on the day of a session, I actually get excited. It's a completely different vibe, and it means I get to shoot and edit clouds, which is so much fun!
This beautiful family of 6 was just amazing during this session. Not only do they look gorgeous, but they were such great sports about the weather. It was cold and damp, but you would never know it from these happy faces. We were literally expecting a huge storm in the Bay Area of California and this was just hours before. It started to drizzle during our session, but that didn't stop us. And I'm so glad, because will you look at these beautiful stormy images?!
And the kids... I mean these three big brothers were just adorable with their baby sister! Photographing large families comes with certain challenges, but this tribe was made for family photography. I cannot wait to see them again next fall!
